The gears are designed according to your drawings. The assembly must, consequentially, be very precisely done. As for CZPT cal gears, the teeth have a CZPT cal angle, which must be complementary to that of the other gear of the pair. This CZPT cal angle produces a meshing which is silent and very smooth. This method of change in direction allows CZPT rotational speeds with neither vibration nor noise. These componants must be changed as a pair. It is never possible to change one single wheel.
 
Welding an gear requires the proper equipment and skill needed to apply a proper weld.

The machining factory is fully equipped with complete and CZPT d CNC machining equipment including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and more than 30 NC machines, the machining facility is fully independent from the forging foundry and has an independent management team and tailored business model to suit.
